There will be news of my activities as a folk singer, and as a dancer with various teams. The site is still under development, but you will soon be able to listen to some clips of songs on my CDs, and watch video clips. And you can contact me, to arrange dates, ask questions or buy CDs.

I’ve started to put some videos on the site. currently a couple from my second CD ‘For Honour and Promotion’, plus two as yet unrecorded. There’ll be a few more in due course. Videos were filmed by Gina le Faux at a secret location in Yorkshire.

Dancing news: Mind The Step (Appalachian, plus a bit of clog and Irish step dancing) will be at Wirral Folk on the Coast Festival on Sunday 9th June, then the following weekend – 15th/16th – back at Middlewich Folk & Boat Festival. The Abram Moris Dancers celebrate their 30th year this year on Saturday 29th June. See the well-known Abram dance done properly, in and around Abram (Wigan). The following weekend, 6th/7th July, Mind The Step return to the North Wales Bluegrass Festival at Conwy.. See us for free in the town centre and on the quayside. And on 13th July, the clogging half of Seven Stars will be among around 20 clog dance teams from all over the country at Clogfest, dancing in the streets of Skipton, West Yorks. That’ll do for now, but watch out for more!

Some singing dates coming in: 5th August, Swinton Folk Club, the White Horse, Swinton (fourth club date here). 7th October, Skipton Folk Unplugged at The Narrow Boat, Skipton (third date here).
